Anime Soulborn Beginner Mistakes

Anime Soulborn is a new Roblox incremental. Launch week is when players burn the only resource the island is trying to teach them to print. This page is the mistake list. 1. Joining the lookalike

Search on Roblox still surfaces Anime Souls, Anime Souls Simulator, Anime Reborn, and a pile of Soul / Born titles. Thumbnails reuse the same cyan lighting. Codes from those games do not redeem here. The codes hub stays empty until X Studio G2 prints a string — that is not a bug, it is honesty. If a YouTube comment swears RELEASE works, test it once, then stop. Repeated invalid pastes do not unlock a hidden gift.

Fix: favorite the live experience, join the X Studio G2 group, and ignore any lobby whose creator is not that group.

2. Opening Shop before a pack

The pass board is the loudest UI on the island. Auto System, VIP, Fast Soul, and 2x Drops all look like the tutorial. They are not. If you cannot name the bottleneck — souls, empty pet slots, a level-gated evolve node, or sore thumbs — you are not ready to spend Robux. The game pass planner exists so you buy one compressor after you have stood in a dummy pack for twenty minutes.

3. Spending souls on the glowing mount

Mounts are travel. They do not swing. A 70k soul dragon that looks like a screenshot is a dead farm if the next gate is 50k and the dummy behind it dies in two pet cycles. How to get mounts and the mounts roster both say the same thing: pay the gate, fill pets, then buy speed.

Fix: if the tooltip does not mention souls per minute, damage, XP, tickets, or a new island, it is a tax. Skip it.

4. Rolling before Equip Best

The gacha is designed to feel like progress. Empty slots are the real progress. Roll the tickets the tutorial or a chest handed you, hit Equip Best, then stop. Fix: fill slots. Lock a rarity jump. Read the tier list. Then roll.

5. Evolving a hero with empty pet slots

Hero nodes look like power. They are multipliers on whatever is already swinging. If the pet bar is empty, the node is a smaller screenshot. 6. Standing on the wrong mesa

The starter island has packs on the floor and packs on orange-and-cyan mesas. New players walk to the prettiest rock. Pretty is not density. If a pack takes forever, you moved too far too early. Fix: pick the closest pack that dies in one or two pet cycles. Move when it feels free, not when it looks cooler.

7. Popping potions in the lobby

Soul, luck, XP, and damage potions exist because 2x Drops and Fast Soul exist. Popping them while you AFK in the spawn plaza burns the only timed buff the account has. Use them in a dense pack. Item rules live on items.

Fix: walk to the pack, then drink.

8. Injecting a script on day two

9. Trusting a Discord invite from chat

No official X Studio G2 Discord is verified on this wiki. Discord and community explains the scam pattern: verify-bots, free VIP, lookalike Anime Souls rooms. You do not need Discord to harvest.

Fix: use the Roblox group shout. Leave any server that wants a password.

10. Treating trailer HUD as live balance

Blam Spot’s trailer and Blam’s Fighters preview are good for island color and bad for rates. X Studio G2 patched through early access into release. Buttons move. Pack HP moves. A recovery order if you already messed up

1. Leave Shop.
2. Equip Best.
3. Stand in a pack that dies quickly.
4. Stop rolling.
5. Pay the next gate only if the dummy behind it is farmable.
6. Read getting started once, then ignore every other glowing prompt for twenty minutes.

Servers hold 10 players. Progression is personal. A crowded mesa is lag, not a discount. Rejoin if the instance is broken. The pile is on the account.

Launch week will add more ways to waste souls — limited shops, fake event currencies, a second mount that is just a recolor. When those land, this list gets a row. Until a timer is on this HUD, there is no event to dump into. Farm the loop. The island is trying to teach you one skill: print souls, then spend them on the next print.
