How to Harvest Souls in Anime Soulborn
Stand in the right pack, stack the right potion, and stop idling on empty grass.
Souls are the spine of Anime Soulborn. Every island gate, hero node, and most shop tickets ask for them. The official pitch is “Harvest Souls from NPCs and grow stronger,” and the pass board agrees: Fast Soul at 389 Robux and +50% Souls at 509 Robux exist because the loop is supposed to feel slightly too slow. This guide is how you print souls without paying that tax on day one.
If you have not finished getting started, do that first. This page assumes you can move, you have at least one pet swinging, and you know where the gift UI is.
Find a pack that actually dies
The starter world is a cyan plate with orange mesas and crystal spikes. NPCs cluster. A good pack:
- Dies in one or two pet attack cycles
- Respawns before you get bored
- Sits on flat ground so mobile joysticks do not slide you off a mesa
A bad pack takes 20 seconds a kill and drops the same souls as the easy pack. Leave it. Incremental sims punish pride.
Stand in the middle of the pack, not at max range. Pet pathfinding in this genre walks to the nearest dummy. If you kite, they waste swings.
Click, hold, or Auto System
X Studio G2 sells Auto System for 169 Robux and used to sell Fast Click (now off-sale). That tells you the F2P action is a repeated input — tap, hold-to-farm, or a pet-only tick depending on your loadout.
F2P route:
- Let pets swing.
- Add your own clicks only if the DPS meter (or kill speed) visibly jumps.
- If your thumb hurts after ten minutes, Auto System is the only pass that buys comfort instead of power. Prices and value are on the game pass planner.
Do not buy Fast Soul until you have outrun the starter island. A percentage of a small number is still a small number.
Potions and timed buffs
Codes and chests will try to hand you Coin-style or soul-style potions. Pop them only when:
- You are already in a dense pack
- You are not about to teleport
- You have 5–10 minutes to keep farming
A potion used in the shop menu is a wasted potion. Same rule as every anime sim since Anime Fighters.
When to change islands
Move when kill time stretches past a few seconds even with your best pets equipped. The next island’s NPCs should drop more souls per second, not just more souls per kill. If a gate costs more souls than 15 minutes of the current pack, keep farming — the gate is a tax, not a trophy.
Mounts help you cross the island. They do not replace a better pack. Read how to get mounts after your souls per minute is stable.
Pets multiply harvest
2x Pet Sword and Fast Pet Attack exist because pet swings are the real harvest tool. Before you blame the island, open Equip Best and check the pets tier list. A weak loadout looks like a “dead server.”
Evolve the hero only after pets are acceptable. How to evolve your hero is a multiplier on an already working farm, not a substitute for one.
2x Drops versus +50% Souls
- +50% Souls (509 Robux) is a straight harvest tax cut.
- 2x Drops (549 Robux) helps if islands also drop swords, tickets, or evolve stones.
- 2x XP (219 Robux) levels you. Level gates content; it does not always gate souls.
F2P players should ignore all three until the first island is finished. The planner ranks them for people who will spend anyway.
Scripts and auto farm
Client auto-clickers will appear within days of any Roblox sim launch. They can also ban the account that just started. If you still want the feature list, use auto farm scripts and stay on private servers you own. This wiki is not telling you to inject.
Launch-week video
The first-look video below is useful for island layout and HUD chrome. Match what you see in your client. If a pack in the video is gone, X Studio G2 already moved it.
Print souls, then spend them on the next bottleneck — usually a gate or an evolve node — and only then on gacha. That order is the whole harvest skill.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for launch-week Anime Soulborn questions.
Where do I harvest souls?
On NPC packs. Start on the blue island floor, then mesas, then the next paid gate.
Is Auto System required?
No. It only removes tapping. Pets still do most of the damage.
Should I buy +50% Souls on day one?
Not until your pack time is already good. Percent buffs scale with a farm you already have.
Why are my souls so low?
Wrong pack, empty pet slots, or you spent everything on a mount. Equip Best, then farm a pack that dies fast.
