Anime Soulborn Items

Swords, potions, and tickets — what to use, what to save, and what is just shop glow.

Items

Items are everything in the bag that is not a pet, a hero node, or a mount. Anime Soulborn’s description puts them next to mounts: equip items, explore the world. The pass 2x Pet Sword and 2x Drops exist because this bag matters. If you never open it, you will drink potions in the lobby and leave swords on the floor.

The four item types you will actually see

Pet swords / weapons. 2x Pet Sword (499 Robux) doubles whatever this stat is. In-game, a sword is either auto-held by the pet or a separate equip slot. Hover it. If it says damage, equip it on your best pet. If it says cosmetic, skip it.

Potions. Short buffs for souls, luck, XP, or damage. Use them in a dense pack, never in the gacha room. Same rule as harvest souls.

Tickets. Gacha fuel. They are not souls. Do not sell tickets for a tiny soul pile unless you already have an S loadout and the sell value buys a gate.

Junk. Titles, trails, explosion colors. Index them if you care. Do not spend a harvest session on them.

Drops versus shop

2x Drops (549 Robux) is expensive. Buy it only if islands clearly drop swords or evolve stones on the floor. If drops are just coins that already convert to souls, +50% Souls is the cleaner pass. Compare both on the game pass planner.

Shop items with a Robux tag are almost never “the one trick.” Launch shops pad the board. Buy in-game soul items only when the tooltip matches a bottleneck you already feel.

Inventory hygiene

  1. After every code and chest, open the bag.
  2. Use potions on purpose, not because the icon blinked.
  3. Equip swords before you roll more pets — a new pet with no sword is a half unit.
  4. Lock tickets if the UI lets you, so a leftover auto-feed cannot eat them.
  5. Delete or sell D-tier junk if the bag has a cap. Caps will appear the first time you hit “inventory full” in the middle of a pack.

What not to craft

If a craft bench exists on week one, it will want your only evolve stone. Do not craft a trail. Craft, if anything, the next sword tier for your S pet. When a recipe is real, it will get a row here with inputs.

Items versus mounts

A speed item (boots, aura) can replace an early mount. Read both tooltips. Do not buy both for the same 5% walk speed.

Codes and item mail

Redeemed codes often skip the floor and land in the bag. If the toast said you got a potion and you cannot find it, it is in a consumable tab, not in pets. Re-open the menu once. Launch UIs desync.

After the bag is clean

Go farm. Items are multipliers and fuel. They do not print themselves. The island does. When a new drop table lands in a patch, release notes will say so, and this page will gain a table instead of a rumor.

Keep swords on the pets that are actually fielded. Keep potions for packs. Keep tickets for banners you have already decided to pull. Everything else is noise.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for launch-week Anime Soulborn questions.

Where do swords go?

On the pet or in a weapon slot — follow the tooltip. They are not hero cosmetics.

Should I buy 2x Drops or +50% Souls?

Souls if you need currency. Drops if you are hunting swords and stones on the floor.

Can potions stack?

Assume no until the HUD shows two timers. Pop one, farm, then pop the next.

My bag is full in a pack. What do I delete?

Lowest rarity junk and duplicate trails. Never delete locked pets or your last tickets.
